Rung Productions builds websites and lead-capture automation for local service businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you visit rungproductions.com or submit a form on a website we operate.
What we collect
When you submit a contact form on a Rung-operated site, we collect the fields you provide — typically name, phone number, email address, requested service, and an optional message. We also collect basic technical information your browser sends automatically (IP address, user agent, referring page) so the site can function.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry by email or phone.
- To notify the business owner that a new lead has arrived, so someone can follow up quickly.
- To maintain records of inquiries in our customer relationship tools.
SMS and mobile messaging
Rung Productions uses SMS solely to send internal lead-alert notifications to business owners who have enrolled their own mobile number in our service. If you are a business owner who has configured a Rung site, you will receive text alerts only for new leads submitted through your own website.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can stop receiving SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message or by removing your phone number from your Rung configuration. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies — typically one message per lead submitted to your site.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of vendors to operate the service. These providers process data only to deliver their function:
- Twilio — SMS delivery.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Notion — lead record storage.
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Railway — automation server hosting.
- Anthropic — AI-assisted email reply drafting (content only; no identifiers).
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies
The Rung marketing site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Individual client sites may use minimal cookies strictly for functionality (for example, remembering form state); those sites will disclose any such use on their own pages.
Your choices
- You can request deletion of your lead record by emailing us.
- You can opt out of SMS at any time with STOP.
- You can ask what information we have on file at any time.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, note the change on the site.
